- Completed frontend development for Cogent and AIH, the first completed Classic (Angular) to Spire (React) migrations on the Optimizely Configured Commerce platform, finishing 55% faster than the team's earlier attempts at comparable migrations and establishing reusable migration patterns for future client upgrades.
- Led the code-profiling effort on a 60-day performance engagement for a large B2B distributor on Optimizely Configured Commerce, as part of a 4-engineer Expert Services team: load-tested (JMeter) and profiled hot-path APIs, diagnosed N+1 query patterns and over-configured handler pipelines, and delivered optimization guidance the client shipped to meet a sub-1000ms API SLA.
- Extended the Configured Commerce backend in C# through its handler and pipeline model rather than forking the base platform, including the ERP integration pipelines for Infor CloudSuite Distribution and SX.e V11 that sync inventory, pricing and orders into the storefront.
- Executed 15+ platform upgrade projects across enterprise B2B clients, ensuring seamless version migrations and backward compatibility while maintaining customizations and integrations.
- Selected for cross-team development on Optimizely Opal, the company's AI platform; built a custom Opal tool surfacing Configured Commerce order history and prototyped an Opal–Sitecore integration, earning multiple Opal certifications.
